I can't really call this work...

For my last shoot on Saturday evening, I met up with "C" and "T" for a fun-filled whirlwind of an engagement shoot. These two are hilarious, I had so much fun with them, that I can't really can't call it work! C and T are getting married in less than two weeks! I can't wait!

The "F" family

I spent part of Saturday evening playing around with the "F" family. These kids are way too adorable for their own good! It is so fun for me to edit images like these and really feel the strong, loving bond this family has.

Picture Life Cancer Project

Introducing...

After my husband's father was diagnosed with cancer in 2003, we were lucky enough to have a thoughtful friend come to take pictures of my father and mother in law together. None of our family really knew what a wonderful blessing those pictres would be until my father in law passed away a few months later. The images sincerely captured their love for one another, as well as the happiness and peace my father in law felt.

Picture Life is a photography project dedicated to enhancing the lives, spirits, and memories of families dealing with cancer. Picture Life clients are given a complementary one hour photo session to showcase the joy, love, and strength found in family. They also receive a CD of all the images from the session. Clients will be asked to share their experiences and their advice for other families battling the same fight. This advice, along with images from these sessions, will be used to uplift and inspire families all over the country.

Please pass this information along to anyone who may be interested. Don't hesitate to contact me with any questions!

Now, I'm off to shoot two more sessions this evening...phew!...Saturdays are getting busy! Which reminds me, if anyone out there in the blogging world is in need of a Saturday session, they are booking like hot cakes. Contact me asap to reserve your spot!

Have a great day!

ARMOMMY part two

I shot some of the AMROMMY product line for the second time on Tuesday. We had a great time playing around with the kids in the apples in my back yard. Has anyone noticed how much I like apples!? This product line is SO fun and functional. Their website is really worth checking out: www.ARMOMMY.com.

P.S. If anyone is interested in having some apple shots with the kiddos, there is only a short window left before they turn to mush, so contact me asap!

Sweet Baby "N"

I had a photo shoot with sweet baby "N" this afternoon. The word sweet just describes her to a T! She was so good and calm. Have I ever mentioned that I LOVE photographing newborns???

Amazing

I had the opportunity on Monday to spend the day shooting two amazingly talented aerialists. I cannot believe some of the things these two were able to do 30 feet up in the air! Aside from a slight scare when one of the cables broke (right before we were about to start the shoot!) everything went beautifully. It was a treat to watch their performances, let alone photograph them.

Miss "S"

"S" and I had this great senior shoot this evening around downtown Tacoma. I am so excited for this senior season and to get to know the amazing class of 09! Thanks so much for rockin' the shoot S!

Little "J"

Little "J" had his first birthday a while ago, so we had a belated first birthday shoot yesterday. J lives on a small farm, and he was so serious and interested in everything around him...hay, apples, trackers, cows, horses, cats, etc! It was a good things that his serious face is such a cute one. Happy Late Birthday J!
